2. What data we collect
When you submit the early-access form, we process the data you provide: your work email and company name, together with your consent. No further details are requested.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to assess your fit for the early-access programme and to contact you. The form is currently designed around your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Privacy/Legal must review and approve the final lawful-basis wording before this notice is treated as launch-ready.
4. Processors and international transfer
The form is processed via the service provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Formspree states that it hosts its services in the US (AWS); this can involve a transfer to the US. The website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. The exact hosting arrangement, processor roles, data-processing terms, transfer mechanism, and retention settings must be verified contractually by Privacy/Legal before publication.
5. Retention
We store your data until the purpose no longer applies or you withdraw your consent.
6. Your rights
