When you submit the early-access form, we process the data you provide: your work email and company name, together with your consent. No further details are requested.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to assess your fit for the early-access programme and to contact you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in product validation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Processors and international transfer
The form is processed via the service provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Formspree hosts its services in the US (AWS); this involves a transfer to the US, which is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). The website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Data-processing agreements are in place with these providers where required. The Formspree details are based on its public security and privacy documentation and must be confirmed contractually before publication.
5. Retention
We store your data until the purpose no longer applies or you withdraw your consent.
